Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in a temporary hold on your withdrawal functionality until verification is satisfied.

Deposit Policy

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players registering for the first time only. Existing accounts, duplicate accounts, and previously closed accounts are not eligible.
